GAS REGULATOR VALVE

The Model P3 is designed for gases with inlet pressures up to 3600 psig
(248 Barg). Standard ad just able outlet rang es from 1-10 (.07-.69
Barg) thru 10-500 psig (.69-34.5 Barg). Flow coefficient of 0.02,
0.06, and 0.20 available. This versatile cylinder gas regulator valve
can be ordered with a variety of op tions to meet your system de-
mands. Standard construction includes 40 mi cron in te gral filter and
diffusion resistant stain less steel diaphragm.

Don't use a gas regulator valve below 10% of flow if at all possible.
Even though a gas regulator valve may have good rangeability, if the
gas regulator valve is used in an abrasive or erosive service (steam),
it will not hold up unless it has hardened trim. 

The Model 40 Pneumatic Pressure Controller automatically positions a
gas regulator valve or final control element to maintain process
pressure at the desired setpoint. Unit includes a control mode of 2 to
200% proportional band with reset for processes with frequent pressure
variations.
